What happens if you do not eat sugar for a few weeks?

There is no denying that reducing added sugar intake is a healthful idea as many adults eat more sugar than required. Excessive sugar consumption can harm one’s health and result in heart diseases, obesity and metabolic syndrome, diabetes, dental plaque and cavities, and many more. Therefore, reducing the amount of sugar in the diet can help a person decrease the risk of the above-stated health conditions.
It is good to reduce sugar intake in the diet but do not eliminate it wholly. Instead of steering away from sugar entirely, it can be consumed as part of a healthy diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
