    There are three main aspects of managing PCOS through natural ways:

    1. Diet changes

    2. Lifestyle changes

    3. Ayurvedic and natural supplements

     

    The dietary modifications are the necessary changes that aids to about 60% of the results. It includes healthy eating inclusive of all the nutrients, super foods, plenty of probiotics, and avoiding sugar, salt, refined flour, saturated fat, junk foods, processed foods etc. Moreover, eating 5-6 small meals a day at an interval of 3-4 hours is crucial for regulating insulin functions and weight loss.

     

    Lifestyle changes are other important changes that focuses on good exercise, stress management and sound sleep. Regular exercise, yoga, pranayama, and meditation helps to regulate metabolism and manage PCOS. They further manage stress and hormonal imbalances of PCOS. It is important to take at least 7 hours of sleep to allow your body heal, build energy levels and manage stress better.
